The Golden Finance reported that on August 26th, PYUSD, the stablecoin of Paypal's Coin, announced that it has surpassed the $1 billion mark for the first time since its launch in August 2023. PYUSD was initially launched on the ETH network but underwent a significant shift, with most of its tokens now being issued on Solana. The latest data shows that as of August 26th, 2024, the market capitalization of PYUSD has reached $1,008,546,868, marking a new milestone. The speed at which PayPal USD reached this milestone is nearly twice that of USDC and three times that of USDT.
