Metis: Planeia-se realizar um Hard Fork na Altura do bloco 18118000

A Gold Finance report states that according to official sources, Metis announced plans to conduct a Hard Fork at Block Height 18118000 on the Bloco. This Hard Fork will activate EIP-3855, introduce the PUSH0 (0x5f) instruction, push the constant value 0 onto the stack, and add a placeholder parameter for L1 fees in L2 transactions for future calculations, aiming to ensure the continued stability and functionality of the network.
