US-listed company VCI Global plans to establish a joint venture to explore BTC-supported tokenization of RWA.
Golden Finance reports that Nasdaq-listed company VCI Global announced the establishment of a sovereign-level infrastructure joint venture backed by 18,000 BTC. VCI Global will own 70% of the joint venture. The development roadmap for the joint venture includes: exploring BTC-backed tokenization of RWA, providing sovereign-level encryption storage, building "AI GPU as a Service" infrastructure, and offering plug-and-play encryption reserve infrastructure for institutions.
