Ms. Dai Zuyu held 93.7905 million shares of the company, accounting for 22.86% of the company's total share capital. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner based on the progress of subsequent matters. Ms. Dai Zuyu did not serve as a director, supervisor, or senior management personnel of the company, and her passing will not affect the company's production and operation.
