🇺🇸 PRESIDENT TRUMP CALLS FOR INTEL CEO TO RESIGN
🔹 Intel shares fell on Thursday after President Donald Trump publicly called for CEO Lip-Bu Tan (Đàm Lập Vũ) to resign, stating that he has "serious conflicts of interest" and needs to leave his position immediately.
🔹 This move stems from a letter from Senator Tom Cotton, who expressed concern about Mr. Đàm's connections with Chinese companies, as well as his previous role as CEO of Cadence Design Systems, a semiconductor design software company that was previously involved in a criminal case for the illegal export of sensitive technology to China.
🔹 Senator Cotton also questioned whether Intel asked Mr. Tan to divest from companies linked to the Chinese government.
