Ben Armstrong was arrested in Georgia for harassment.

Ben Armstrong, the cryptocurrency YouTuber formerly known by the nickname "BitBoy," was arrested in Cherokee County, Georgia, on June 27 on six counts of making harassing phone calls, according to public jail records.

Armstrong was released the next day after posting bail. A new mugshot shows him looking more disheveled than before. Details about the alleged phone calls have not been made public, and the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office has not yet issued an official statement.

Armstrong remains silent on social media and has not addressed the arrest. He was arrested in Florida under a warrant from Georgia related to emails sent to Judge Kimberly Childs in a defamation lawsuit. He is also facing a federal defamation lawsuit from Kevin O’Leary, who alleges that Armstrong disseminated false information about him.

In September 2023, Armstrong was arrested while live streaming on YouTube for being found with drugs in the car.
