It has been learned that the latest data shared by Circle executive Patrick Hansen shows that 53 institutions have obtained EU MiCA licenses, allowing them to provide services in 30 countries in the European Economic Area with "passport" access, without the need to apply country by country. Among them, 14 companies are authorized to issue stablecoins or Electronic Money Tokens (EMT), including Circle, a certain trading platform, Société Générale, Stablemint, Quantoz, and StablR; a certain stablecoin issuer Tether is also among them.
