According to reports, French European Parliament member Sarah Knafo has invited Jan3 founder Samson Mow to visit France to discuss plans to establish a "strategic Bitcoin reserve" for France and promote friendly regulation. Mow expressed his anticipation of sparking a "national-level Bitcoin adoption wave" in France and throughout Europe.

This move comes against the backdrop of increasing participation in Bitcoin in the public and private sectors in France, including the announcement by the French state-owned bank Bpifrance to invest $27 million to support local crypto projects, as well as the European first Bitcoin treasury company Blockchain Group increasing its Bitcoin holdings to 1,471 coins.
