Crypto analysis company Alphractal has published a noteworthy assessment regarding the altcoin markets. The company stated that altcoin dominance has reached historical support levels and warned that high volatility may be on the horizon in the coming days.
Alphractal stated the following in its announcement:
Focusing on two important metrics in its analyses, Alphractal claimed that these have been precursors to significant rallies in the altcoin market in the past.
Altcoin Dominance ( excluding Stablecoins ):
It was stated that this metric found strong support at the 25% level and that this level is usually tested before major altcoin rallies.
Altcoin Dominance ( excluding ETH and Stablecoins ):
It was stated that this indicator has a critical support area of around 18%. Falling below this level has historically triggered periods in which altcoins gained significant market share against Bitcoin.
The company stated that the mentioned levels do not directly guarantee an "altcoin season," but that such technical signals have historically emerged before significant market movements.
