Wahaha paid 2.4 billion yuan in salaries to front-line employees last year.

On January 23, JIN10 data reported that at the Wahaha Spring Festival Youth Workers' Meeting, Zong Fuli distributed 500 yuan red envelopes to each youth worker present for the Chinese New Year, and gave out keys to 10 apartments located in Haining, Jiaxing to 10 youth workers. It is understood that in 2024, Wahaha distributed a total of 2.4 billion yuan to front-line employees, which is 400 million more than last year. The average salary of front-line workers at the production end increased by 23%, and the average salary of front-line sales personnel at the marketing end increased by 31%. The number of front-line employees in these two ends accounts for 93% of the total number of employees in the entire group.
