A blood center in the United States was attacked by hackers, and blood supply services in multiple locations were affected.

Jinshi Data, August 1st: US officials said on July 31st that a blood center that provides blood services to multiple locations in the southeastern United States was recently attacked by Ransomware, and related services were severely affected. According to multiple officials as sources, the blood center, named 'OneBlood', is a non-profit organization. Due to the Ransomware attack, its services for providing blood to Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and other states have been severely affected. It has to notify more than 250 hospitals to activate emergency plans for blood shortages. Currently, this blood center is relying on manual operation to maintain basic functions.
