The 213th Ethereum execution layer core developer meeting focused on Gas Limit adjustments and the Glamsterdam proposal.

Gate News bot message, according to the minutes of the 213th Ethereum execution layer core developer meeting (ACDE) published by Tim Beiko, the developer team has decided to postpone the plan to increase the Gas Limit to 60M, awaiting Berlinterop test data, with the longest execution time expected to be 3 seconds.

The meeting also discussed the Glamsterdam-related proposals: FOCIL has been implemented in five clients, aiming to enhance the memory pool's anti-censorship capabilities; EVM64 optimizes the Ethereum Virtual Machine performance through 64-bit arithmetic operations and is currently undergoing benchmarking; Block-level Access-Lists focus on deterministic parallel development and need to remain compatible with FOCIL; The discussion on Available Attestations regarding fork choice rules will move to the consensus layer meeting.
