Citigroup: The rise in global short-term bond yields may slow down.

There are still some factors unfavorable to the bond market, including the first trade protocol reached between the US and the UK, voting divergences in the Bank of England's meeting last week, and the Federal Reserve's demonstrated wait-and-see stance. Additionally, substantial progress has been made in the China-US trade negotiations.
