Grayscale intends to convert the digital large-cap fund into an ETP

Golden Finance reported that, according to official sources, Grayscale has officially submitted Form 19b-4 to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through the New York Stock Exchange Arca, Inc. (NYSE Arca), proposing to list and trade the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) as an Exchange Traded Product (ETP), officially initiating the review process, which may take up to 240 days.
