Three former Twitter executives, Sarah Personette, James Sullivan, and Dalana Brand, filed a lawsuit in the Northern District of California Federal District Court on September 6, claiming that they were improperly denied over $53 million in severance pay. It is reported that the plaintiffs claimed that after the ELON acquisition, their responsibilities would be substantially and irreversibly changed, so they had justifiable reasons to resign and should be entitled to severance pay.
